My First Wedding Cake

My Neighbor and I collaborated on this huge cake. Each tier is (3) 2-inch tall layers. The first tier is chocolate cake with German chocolate filling, the second tier is lemon cake with lemon cream cheese filling and the third (top) tier is white cake with raspberry mousse and fresh raspberries.

Flip-Flop Summer

Beach Themed Birthday Bash

I did a set of flip flops in marble cake, surrounded by graham cracker crumb "sand" and white chocolate shells. I also did french vanilla and dark chocolate cupcakes topped with the same small flowers that are on the straps.

This ended up being a very rich triple chocolate cake that I heard was very yummy .... devils food cake with added chocolate chips and chocolate frosting! The balls along the bottom are Whoppers.

"pink hearts, yellow moons, orange stars, blue diamonds and green clovers" just like the cereal says! :) Also, because I did a green foil covered board on the bottom, when it was all done, it sort of resembled a leprechaun's hat.
